Mrs. Winner's Broccoli Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta til tender, drain
  2. In bowl, stir together, oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss with parmesan.
  4. Cover and refridgeerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Add brocolli, carrots, and tomatoes.
  6. Toss with parmesan.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella and serve.
