Hole-in-One Cake

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1 each red and green chewy fruit snack roll
• 5 pretzel sticks
• 1 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallow, cut into quarters

1. Prepare cake batter and bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package.
2. Cool completely.
3. Invert cake onto platter; remove pan.
4. Use small sharp knife to cut and scoop out a shallow free-form shape from center of cake to resemble a golf green.
5. Reserve removed cake for later use.
6. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
7. until completely dissolved.
8. Stir in cold water.
9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened; pour into hole in cake.
10. Refrigerate 3 hours or until gelatin is firm.
11. Melt chocolate as directed on package; cool.
12. Mix with COOL WHIP until blended; use to frost borders and sides of cake.
13. Use small sharp knife to cut small triangle from red fruit snack roll; attach to pretzel stick to resemble golf flag.
14. Cut green fruit roll into strips; attach to remaining pretzel sticks to resemble trees.
15. Stick pretzels in cake.
16. Crumble some of the removed cake; sprinkle over cake to resemble a sand trap.
17. Roll 1 marshmallow quarter into ball; place near flag for the golf ball.
18. Discard remaining marshmallow pieces, or reserve for snacking or another use.
