K-Jon's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
- 6 ounces sour cream
- 7 ounces blue cheese (reserve 3 ounces for last step)
- 12 ounces mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce (Louisiana or Red Devil)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper (k-jons-pepper-blend-K-Jon's Pepper Blend)
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- Mix all ingredients (except reserved Blue Cheese) in a Blender or Food Processor, blend well.
- Mix in left over Blue cheese for the chunky part.
- Refrigerate 24 hour for best consistency and flavor.
