Verna's Easy Lasagne Recipe

  1. Cover bottom of lasagne pan with layer of uncooked noodles.
  2. Brown 2 pounds of hamburg and drain.
  3. Mix Ragu sauce with meat; take 1/2 of the meat mix and pour over first layer of noodles.
  4. Spread 2 pounds of cottage cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese over layers.
  6. Apply another layer of noodles on top.
  7. Spread rest of meat mix over second layer of noodles.
  8. Sprinkle 8 ounces Mozzarella on top.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over the top of lasagne.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (till bubbly) - first 1/2 covered with foil, last 1/2 uncovered.
  11. Let sit for 10 min before cutting to serve.
