Barbecue Steamed Onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 medium onion or two small (per person)
- Cut the onion just past halfway into 8 wedges.
- Place onion on a foil sheet, cut side up.
- Add all the other ingredients on top of the onion
- Rap the onion tightly in the foil.
- Place on the barbecue for around 30-40 minutes or until its turned soft.
- Turn every so often.
- Serve as a side once done.
