Barbecue Steamed Onions

  1. Cut the onion just past halfway into 8 wedges.
  2. Place onion on a foil sheet, cut side up.
  3. Add all the other ingredients on top of the onion
  4. Rap the onion tightly in the foil.
  5. Place on the barbecue for around 30-40 minutes or until its turned soft.
  6. Turn every so often.
  7. Serve as a side once done.
