olive oil tomato basil pizza
- 1 olive oil
- 1 garlic
- 1 roma tomatoes
- 1 fresh basil
- 1 motzerella cheese
- 1 fresh graded parmesan
- 1 salt
- 1 can of pizza dough
- preheat oven to reconended temp on can of pizza dough
- roll out dough on cookie sheet
- bake dough aprox 10 min
- in a small bowl mix enough olive oil to cover the pizza dough and 3-4 cloves of garlic
- cover with motzerella cheese
- add 3-4 diced roma tomatoes
- cut up fresh basil leaves and add to top of pizza
- cover with fresh graded parmesan
- salt to taste
- bake in oven until cheese is melted
