olive oil tomato basil pizza

  1. preheat oven to reconended temp on can of pizza dough
  2. roll out dough on cookie sheet
  3. bake dough aprox 10 min
  4. in a small bowl mix enough olive oil to cover the pizza dough and 3-4 cloves of garlic
  5. cover with motzerella cheese
  6. add 3-4 diced roma tomatoes
  7. cut up fresh basil leaves and add to top of pizza
  8. cover with fresh graded parmesan
  9. salt to taste
  10. bake in oven until cheese is melted
