Dirty Rice Dressing

  1. Boil giblets until tender.
  2. Remove and save water for stock. Chop liver and giblets.
  3. Add oil to skillet and brown ground pork and gizzards about 6 minutes.
  4. Add seasoning, onion, celery, garlic and bell pepper; stir thoroughly.
  5. Add butter and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add stock.
  7. Add rice, livers, green onions and parsley.
  8. Stir and simmer 5 minutes.
  9. Cover and lower heat to the lowest heat.
  10. Cook until rice is fluffy.
  11. Enjoy!
