Cedar Plank Salmon with Potlatch Seasoning

  1. Soak the cedar plank overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill to high.
  3. Combine all of the seasoning ingredients.
  4. Put the cedar plank on the grill and heat, covered, for a few minutes.
  5. Season the top of the salmon liberally with potlatch seasoning and put it on the cedar plank.
  6. Cook, covered, 7 to 9 minutes for medium-rare.
