• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 sm. onion, minced
• 1/3 c. whipping cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• Freshly grnd pepper
