Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Cut a horizontal slit in each pork chop to form pocket.
  2. Mix in a bowl the butter, apple, stuffing mix, cheese, celery, onion, raisins, orange juice and salt; mix well.
  3. Fill each pocket with stuffing mix.
  4. Secure opening with toothpicks.
  5. Place in a 12 x 8-inch microwavable dish.
  6. Mix Worcestershire sauce and water. Brush on pork chops.
  7. Cover with wax paper.
  8. Cook at Medium for 17 minutes.
  9. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
