Stuffed Pork Chops
- 4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped apple
- 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped raisins
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
- Cut a horizontal slit in each pork chop to form pocket.
- Mix in a bowl the butter, apple, stuffing mix, cheese, celery, onion, raisins, orange juice and salt; mix well.
- Fill each pocket with stuffing mix.
- Secure opening with toothpicks.
- Place in a 12 x 8-inch microwavable dish.
- Mix Worcestershire sauce and water. Brush on pork chops.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Cook at Medium for 17 minutes.
- Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
