Chicken Chinese Recipe

  1. Cook the chicken for 10-12 min on high in a 3 qt covered casserole.
  2. Remove from oven and let cold.
  3. Remove meat from the bones and place back in the casserole dish with the broth.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients except the noodles and nuts.
  5. Cook 10 min on high, then add in the noodles and nuts; cook for 2 min more.
  6. Stir and serve.
  7. Any 2 c. of cooked meat: beef, pork, turkey, shrimp are delightful substitutes in this recipe.
