Cheesy Bacon Grits

  1. Add grits gradually to boiling water, stirring until well blended.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  3. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  6. Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
  7. Pour into 4-inch hotel pan (full recipe only); set in steam table to keep warm.
