Cheesy Bacon Grits
- 1-1/2 qt. Quick-cooking grits, uncooked
- 1-1/2 gal. Boiling water
- 1-1/2 qt. VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, Loaf, cubed
- 1 cup OSCAR MAYER Perfect Pour Bacon Bits
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- Add grits gradually to boiling water, stirring until well blended.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
- Pour into 4-inch hotel pan (full recipe only); set in steam table to keep warm.
