Kat's Green-Bean Casserole

  1. Chop onion and saute with butter in skillet.
  2. In large greased casserole dish combine all of the ingredients except the almonds and ritz and mix well including the sauteed onions.
  3. Spread out all over the dish.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  5. Crumble the crackers and sprinke them all over the top of the dish until it is covered.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Take the dish out of the oven and sprinkle the almonds on top and then broil for about 8 minutes.
