Cherry Celebration

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl until completely dissolved.
  2. Add ice; stir until gelatin starts to thicken.
  3. Remove any unmelted ice.
  4. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until blended.
  5. Refrigerate 20 min.
  6. or until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in pie filling; spoon into glass bowl or 12 champagne glasses.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
