Cherry Celebration
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 3 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl until completely dissolved.
- Add ice; stir until gelatin starts to thicken.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until blended.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in pie filling; spoon into glass bowl or 12 champagne glasses.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
