Corn Dip

  1. Drain the cans of Rotel and Mexi-corn well.
  2. Mix them in a medium bowl with the Chive Sour Cream Dip.
  3. Refrigerate until nice and cold to let the flavors blend.
  4. Serve with Frito Scoops.
