Pizza Noodle Casserole
- 7 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. small pepperoni
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can ripe olives, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- In large skillet, cook ground beef, onions and bell pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain.
- Add noodles and remainder of ingredients except add only half of the cheese.
- Mix well.
- Pour in an ungreased 2-quart casserole and top with remainder of cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese begins to brown.
