Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. In medium bowl, combine milk powder and sugar substitute and set aside.
  2. In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand to soften, about 1 minute; add peanut butter and cook, stirring constantly, until peanut butter is melted and gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Pour into milk mixture and add whipped topping and sunflower seeds; using a wooden spoon, mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam and pour peanut butter mixture into the pan, using a spatula to spread evenly.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
