Cheeseburger Casserole...aka Mock Hamburger Helper

  1. Bake fries according to package directions until almost done about 5-10 minutes before totally done.
  2. Then remove from oven and set aside.
  3. While the fries are baking, start browning the ground beef, onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add in the diced bouillon cube, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and cayenne.
  5. Taste add in whatever makes you happy salt, pepper, minced onion, hamburger seasoning how ever you make your burgers.
  6. Continue cooking until beef is browned.
  7. Drain off grease.
  8. In a large bowl mix together the sour cream, soup, American cheese, spinach and cooked pasta.
  9. Add the drained beef mixture to the sour cream mixture and stir to combine.
  10. Pour into a 13x9 pan.
  11. Arrange the French fries on top, return to oven to finish cooking French fries (for the remaining 5-10 minutes at the temperature specified on the package or cook until fries are to your liking).
