Ale Bread Recipe
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 dsh Salt
- 12 ounce Ale
- 1 x Scallion, handful, minced
- 1 x Cheese, handful, grated
- Stir flour, salt, and baking pwdr together.
- Add in beer.
- Stir in green onions and cheese, if you like.
- Knead dough briefly, adding more flour if sticky.
- Shape into a round loaf and place in a greased pie pan or possibly on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 F. for 30 min, till golden or possibly till loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
