Chicken Rigatoni
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta (cooked to package directions)
- 1 (16 ounce) can chicken breasts
- 16 ounces italian sausage spaghetti sauce (Hunt's)
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 cup parmesan cheese (Shredded)
- Combine cooked pasta, chicken, cheddar/jack and Spaghetti Sauce and pour into an 9x13 glass baking dish (hint: spray dish with olive oil to keep from sticking).
- Top with mozzarella and parmesaen.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes (or until cheese is brown and bubbly).
