Saucy Sausage Squares

  1. Line bottom of two 9 x 13-inch pans with dough from 2 packages of rolls.
  2. Saute sausage in skillet.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Mix eggs with sausage and spread over dough in pans.
  5. Mix cheese with spices.
  6. Sprinkle over sausage.
  7. Cover with dough from 2 remaining packages of rolls.
  8. Brush egg over top of dough.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  10. Cut into little squares.
  11. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  12. May be frozen and reheated if desired.
  13. Yield:
  14. 48 or more.
