Whole Wheat Pancakes
- 1 14 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 14 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 1 14 cups almond milk
- 14 tablespoon butter
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 egg white
- combine dry ingredients and mix well, set aside.
- combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stir until smooth.
- spoon 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet.
- Turn the pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked.
- Flip cake and cook an additional minute or two.
- Enjoy :-).
