Chicken-Sausage Stew

  1. Coat 12-inch skillet with nonstick spray; heat on medium-high.
  2. Sprinkle chicken thighs with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  3. Add to skillet along with kielbasa.
  4. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, turning.
  5. Add celery and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  6. Cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  7. Add cider and tomato paste.
  8. Simmer on medium 15 minutes, stirring.
