Chocolate-Orange Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine wafer crumbs, cinnamon and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  6. Transfer 3 cups batter to medium bowl; stir in melted chocolate.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. Meanwhile, stir liqueur and orange zest into remaining batter; refrigerate until ready to use.
  10. Reduce oven temperature to 325F.
  11. Spoon remaining batter over baked chocolate layer in pan; bake 30 min.
  12. or until center is almost set.
  13. Run small knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
  14. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
  15. Heat marmalade just until warmed; spoon over cheesecake just before serving.
