Roasted Hot Pepper and Coriander Chicken with Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (390 degrees F).
  2. Add the pepper flakes, coriander, parsley, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir to mix well.
  3. Brush the chicken with the spice and oil mixture, arrange in a baking dish, skin-side down, and roast for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Turn the chicken and roast for another 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken on top of the steamed green beans.
