Raspberry Chocolate Popcorn

  2. Pour oil into a pot and add popcorn kernels.
  3. This should be enough to just cover the bottom of your pot.

  5. Cover with lid and cook over medium heat.
  6. 3.
  7. Popcorn is done when the popping sound slows and only happens every 4-5 seconds.
  8. At that point remove the pot from the heat.
  9. 4.
  10. Lay out cooked popcorn on a rimmed baking sheet to cool.
  11. Remove any un-popped kernels.
  12. 5.
  13. Melt Hersheys Hugs in a small pot set over a double boiler.
  14. 6.
  15. Pour cooled popcorn into a bowl.
  16. Pour chocolate over the top and mix.
  17. 7.
  18. Pour sprinkles over the top as desired and mix until combined.
  19. Enjoy!
