Roasted Garbanzo Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed And Thoroughly Dried
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- On a large baking sheet, toss garbanzo beans with olive oil and spices.
- Roast beans for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until they are crisp.
- Its important for you to dry off the beans well before baking them.
- Extra moisture wont produce a crispy product.
