Rice Savory Salad

  1. Cook rice as directed.
  2. Mix rice with onions, celery, pepper, peas, broccoli and mushrooms.
  3. Combine oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and curry powder.
  4. Add to rice mixture.
  5. Stir gently. Refrigerate 24 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times.
  6. At serving time, gently mix in noodles.
  7. Serves 8 to 10.
