Microwave Roast Pecans Recipe

• 1 c. pecans
• 2 tbsp. butter
• Seasoning salt

1. Spread 1 c. of pecans proportionately in a 9 inch glass pie plate.
2. Microwave on high 3- 4 min, stirring every minute.
3. Add in butter and seasoning salt.
4. Microwave on high 1/2 - 1 more minute.
5. Allow to sit 5 min.
6. Repeat as needed for desired number of pecans.
