Pumpkin Banana Tofu Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup tofu
- 6 almonds, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Blend banana, milk, pumpkin, tofu, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a blender until smooth.
