Mini Wheels with Peas, Ham and Tomato

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. In a large skillet saute onions in olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the ham and cook until slightly crispy, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the peas and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook pasta according to directions.
  7. Drain the pasta and toss with sauce and cheese.
