Pork Chop And Potato Bake Recipe
- 6 pork chops trimmed of fat
- Seasoned salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pkg. (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. (2.8 ounce.) French Fried Onions
- Brown pork chops, season with salt, set aside.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp.
- seasoned salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, 1/2 can onions.
- Put in 9x13 baking dish.
- Arrange pork chop on top.
- Bake covered for 40 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
- Makes 6 servings.
