My Family's Easy Hand-Rolled Sushi with Inexpensive Fillings
- 1 Thinly-sliced pork or beef
- 1 Canned tuna mixed with mayonnaise
- 1 Cod roe mixed with mayonnaise
- 1 Negitoro (minced fatty tuna with green onions)
- 1 Salmon
- 1 Cheese, etc.
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Shiso leaves, etc.
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 Cooked rice
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Wasabi, ra-yu, etc.
- If using beef, lightly sprinkle with sugar and brown in a frying pan.
- Then add sake and soy sauce, and continue frying until cooked through.
- If using pork, sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave to rest for a bit.
- Mince some garlic and fry over low heat.
