Low Fat Buttery Veggies

  1. Spray a large skillet with butter spray.
  2. Over medium-hot heat, fry zucchini and onions until browned both sides (about 5 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mrs. dash and 1 1/2 teaspoon of molly mcbutter on both sides.
  4. Continue frying for about 1 minute each side.
  5. Remove from pan; set aside.
  6. In a separate skillet, fry the mushrooms until browned both sides (pouring out excess water, if any).
  7. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon mrs. dash and 1/2 teaspoon molly mcbutter on both sides.
  8. Continue frying for about 1 minute each side.
  9. Remove from pan.
  10. Combine with the zucchini and onions.
  11. Sprinkle with additional mrs. dash and/or molly mcbutter, if desired.
  12. Serve immediately.
