Crockpot Stuffing
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. leaf sage crumbled
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
- Mix butter, celery, onion, spices, eggs and broth.
- Cook in slow cooker on high 45 minutes; reduce heat to low for 6 hours.
