Easy Tomato And Onion Tart
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, miced
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 12 inch (30 cm) pizza crust
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- Brown onion, garlic, basil and thyme for 8-10 minutes or until softened.
- Stir in soup.
- Spread evenly over pizza crust, leaving 1/2-inch border.
- Sprinkle with sliced olives, if desired.
- Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes or until crust is browned.
