Easy Meatloaf

• 650 g beef mince
• 40 g French onion soup mix
• 170 g sour cream
• 1 onion, finely chopped

1. mix all ingredients together well.
2. place in meatloaf tin.
3. bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
