Easy Turkey Divan Recipe
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn broccoli spears
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices turkey (about 12 ounce.)
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. hard butter
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Rinse broccoli under running cool water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease rectangular baking dish, 11" x 7" x 1 1/2".
- Arrange broccoli in dish; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
- cheese.
- Layer turkey slices on cheese.
- Mix lowfat milk, nutmeg and soup; spoon over turkey.
- Cut butter into baking mix and 2 Tbsp.
- cheese till crumbly; sprinkle over soup mix.
- Bake, uncovered till golden, about 25 min.
- 6 servings.
- Do-ahead Tip: Before baking, cover dish and chill up to 24 hrs.
- Bake about 35 min.
- High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet) : Cook broccoli 5 to 7 min; drain thoroughly.
- Increase bake time to about 30 min.
- For Do-ahead Tip, bake 35 to 40 min.
