My Hubby's Favorite Pulled Pork
- 5 lbs pork butt
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 34 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (20 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- Salt and Pepper both sides of roast.
- Place in Slow cooker on low.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the Bbq sauce (that's for later), in medium bowl.
- Pour over meat and turn meat over so it is coated on all sides.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Move roast to a large bowl and shred apart with forks.
- Pour half the liquid from the slow cooker over the meat and discard the rest.
- Move contents of bowl back to the slow cooker and pour in the Bbq sauce.
- stir together, cover and allow to simmer on low for 1/2 hour.
- Serve on sandwich rolls.
