Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Take stem out of mushrooms, chop stems and onions.
  2. melt the 2 tablespoons of butter; add the onions and stems and saute.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl combine crabmeat cheese, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and mushroom and onion mixture.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon in mushrooms.
  7. Pour the sun dried tomato Alfredo over mushrooms.
  8. Cook on 325 for 30 minutes.
