Cheesy pie pan tuna
- 20 oz canned tuna
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup black olives ripened
- 3 tbsp margarine
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit.
- Coat the pie pan with margarine.
- Mix the crust ingredients.
- Tuna, parmesan cheese,arrowroot powder, and eggs.
- Add to pie pan and press into bottom and sides.
- Slice the olives and tomatoes in half and add to top of crust.
- Shred the cheddar cheese add on top.
- Put into oven 15-20 minutes.
- Leave in for 25-30 minutes for a crunchy crust.
