Cheesy Gnocchi with Grilled Vegetables

  1. Cook gnocchi according to pack instructions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat the oil on a grillplate and chargrill the vegetables in batches.
  4. Set aside and keep warm.
  5. Add the evaporated milk, cream cheese spread and garlic to a saucepan, bring to the boil.
  6. Reduce heat and stir through the gnocchi, chives and seasoning until heated through.
  7. Serve the gnocchi topped with the grilled vegetables.
