Commercial Club Gin Old Fashioned

• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 2 dashes grenadine
• Dash Angostura bitters
• 1 teaspoon coconut cream
• Dash curacao
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• 3 or 4 ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
3. The coconut cream makes a delicious white foam on top of the drink and adds smoothness.
