Sticky Rice
- 1 1/2 cups medium-grain sticky rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Rinse and drain the rice.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and water and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and allow to stand, covered, for 10 minutes before serving.
