Sticky Rice

  1. Rinse and drain the rice.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and water and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 12 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and allow to stand, covered, for 10 minutes before serving.
