Chocolate Peanut Crunch Ice Cream

• 1 each eggs
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3/4 cup milk
• 23 cup chocolate covered peanuts finely chopped

1. In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar.
2. Stir in cream, milk and peanuts.
3. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
4. Makes 1 pint.
