Garlicky Shrimp And Spinach
- 1 20-30 count large peeled and deveined shrimp
- 3 clove Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and white pepper
- 3 cup Raw spinach
- 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Saute shrimp in olive oil and seasonings until just starting to turn pink.
- Remove from oil let drain on a paper towel.
- In the same pan saute the spinach until starting to wilt.
- Add the wine and simmer until sauce is reduced by half.
- Add back the shrimp and toss well.
- Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
