Garlicky Shrimp And Spinach

  1. Saute shrimp in olive oil and seasonings until just starting to turn pink.
  2. Remove from oil let drain on a paper towel.
  3. In the same pan saute the spinach until starting to wilt.
  4. Add the wine and simmer until sauce is reduced by half.
  5. Add back the shrimp and toss well.
  6. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
