Seafood Casserole
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 small (6 oz.) can tuna fish
- 8 oz. crab meat
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, cut up (cooked)
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. toasted bread crumbs (can substitute Kellogg's stuffing croutons)
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- Saute onions, green pepper and celery in margarine; drain off margarine and reserve for toasted crumbs.
- Mix soups and salad dressing and add to first ingredients.
- Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- Mix seafoods together and add to mixture in a large greased casserole or pan.
- Put a layer of rice and a layer of seafood mixture until all is used.
- Top with toasted buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
