Cherry Buns

  1. Measure 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sugar in small bowl.
  2. Stir. Roll biscuits in this mixture.
  3. Place in round dish.
  4. Press a hollow in each biscuit.
  5. Put 1 heaping teaspoon of pie filling in each hollow.
  6. Sprinkle leftover mix on top.
  7. Bake on Medium power in microwave for 6 minutes.
  8. (You will need to turn them if your microwave has no turntable.
  9. Turn at 3 minutes.)
  10. They are done if the top springs back when lightly pressed with finger.
  11. Place confectioners sugar, vanilla and milk in a small bowl.
  12. Stir until smooth.
  13. Drizzle over buns.
  14. Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
