Oven Baked Cranberry Barbecued Chicken

  1. In skillet, brown chicken in cooking oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in a large baking dish.
  4. In same skillet, cook onion and celery until tender, but not brown.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Heat through and skim off excess fat.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours, basting 2 to 3 times during baking.
  9. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
