Bramble Recipe
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 large blackberries
- Crushed ice
- 1 ounce creme de mure
- 1 1/2 ounces dry gin, such as Plymouth
- Combine the lemon juice and blackberries in a rocks glass and muddle until the berries are broken up.
- Add some crushed ice and the creme de mure and gin, stir to combine, and serve.
